Julia Donoho, Architect and Attorney at Law, combines architecture, planning, and project management, with legal experience, to focus on complex issues related to development and construction.  She has worked for world renowned architects, run her own architectural practice, and served as a capital project manager in local government.  

Legal services performed include consultation, mediation, litigation, advocacy, and expert witness for construction disputes, post-disaster insurance negotiations, contract documents, planning entitlements, real estate disputes, construction defect, employment law/civil rights litigation, patent infringement, bid protests, Public Contract Code violation, CEQA, NEPA, environmental remediation claims, ADA disputes, and HOA disputes.

FAIA, and Paul Revere Williams, FAIA.  Currently, Donoho Chairs the American Institute of Architects, Redwood Empire, Firestorm Recovery Committee and brings understanding of the intersection of Insurance, mortgages, construction costs, and recovery possibilities.
