ARCHITECT + ATTORNEY AT LAW

Following in the footsteps of one of our founding fathers, there are over 100 Architect + Attorneys in the country, and many of us have joined together in an association called The Jefferson Society. 

As Architects, we understand the planning, design, and construction process.  We have worked with Owners to design their projects, gain approvals, advise on bidding and neogtiation, assist with the construction process, and manage projects to successful conclusion.

As Attorneys at Law, we have negotiated contracts, expedited planning entitlements and permit approvals, resolved construction disputes, advocated for policy changes to land use or regulatory hurdles, and assisted aggrieved parties in achieving resolution. 

Legal Constructs was developed to provide the skills, knowledge and expertise of both professions to assist Owners, Contractors and Professionals in addressing the challenges and opportunities of planning, design, and construction.
